M56 rifle 7,62x25mm

The M56 submachine gun is a Yugoslavian firearm that was designed for the Yugoslav People's Army. It was based on the German MP 40 submachine gun and uses a different type of ammunition called 7.62×25mm Tokarev, which allows for shooting at longer distances compared to the original MP 40.

This gun is known for being affordable, easy to make, and simple to maintain. It has a fire selector switch that lets the user switch between semi-automatic and fully automatic firing modes. The design of the M56 also includes a unique double feed magazine system and a different way to release the magazine compared to the MP 40.

The M56 operates by blowback action and can be fully automatic, meaning it can continuously shoot bullets as long as the trigger is held down. It has a foldable stock and open sights for aiming. An interesting feature of the M56 is that it can be equipped with a bayonet for close combat situations.
